Product Details

Thirsties diaper covers are a staple in the cloth diapering world. They fit beautifully over any trifolded or snappied prefold or flat diaper as well as any fitted diaper. Some fitted diapers don't work so well under trimmer covers such as the Sweet Pea cover, but Thirsties have a fuller cut making them ideal over a Mother-Ease or Babee Greens fitted diaper. To use with prefolds, just fold the diaper in thirds and lay in the cover. Small OsoCozy prefolds work well with the x-small and small, and the large prefolds work well with the medium or large covers. Many babies will never need the large cover but they are really nice for bigger toddlers. Cross-over velcro tabs make for a very adjustable fit, and soft binding on the elastic is easy on babies sensative skin. Leg gussets are fantastic at keeping in all of the messes a baby can dish out. Thirsties are made of exposed PUL which can be wiped out between uses so covers can be reused before washing. Be sure to fasten velcro to the laundry tabs to extend the life of your cover. Size x-small fits 6-12 pounds and has an umbilical cord cut out to allow for healing. Size small fits 12-18 pounds, medium fits 18-28 pounds, and large fits 28-40 pounds.
